I love being at my parents house. I know I am a city girl at heart but there are no thrift stores in nyc quite like the ones in the suburbs. I found
the most perfect tuxedo blazer at salvation army the other day, shoulder pads, fitted, long lapels, wrist-length sleeves... I have also caught up on the latest top 40 and thats pretty exciting too...the "kiss me through the phone" song, so good right? uh huh, i know.

love the blazer!! I know the thrift stores in New York are soooo pricey and I always feel that you can find the best picks outside of the big city's!! I cant wait to go home and dig out the closets at my parents house haha :) :)

i go to FIT in nyc and my family lives in westchester
there are two goodwills by me that when im lucky are stocked with all sorts of high end as well as low wend things for the same price...CHEAP

Kelsey- my parents live just outside of Boston! not too far though. i'm sure the thrift stores there are the same kinda deal outside of nyc as well.
the title of this is hilarious-I love soulja boy, his new song turn my swag on is pretty good too if you're looking for something in the brilliantly stupid category.
I also could not agree more about thrift stores. People in suburbs don't shop at thrift stores, and I still can't figure out why because they're complete gold mines.

love that blazer- i swear i'm getting a pretty hefty collection of black blazers from the thrift shops too- they're all so different and so amazingly cut- how do we resist??(ok price has a lot to do with it too!)
